BaySouth Maintenance is a Women-owned commercial and industrial janitor service company. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe and sanitary work environment for the employees and visitors at our work sites.
We provide free estimates for the full spectrum of generally accepted janitor services, including floor and carpet maintenance, window cleaning and landscaping. BaySouth Maintenance carries workers compensation and general liability insurance, including required umbrella limits.
BaySouth Maintenance employees are fully screened and trained prior to being assigned to a job site. Employees undergo drug and alcohol screening, background checks, job site safety and cleaning task training. Safety training is accomplished both in-house and, when necessary, through the Houston Area Safety Council.
As a part of our mission statement, safety is our first and last concern in accomplishing our janitor services. Each work site has a hierarchy of supervision who ensure the safe accomplishment of our services in adherence with our contracted task requirements. Each job site is provided the Material Safety Data Sheets for all our cleaning chemical supplies and materials. We inspect our equipment for safe and operational condition prior to use. Defective equipment is immediately replaced as needed. Our employees are trained in the proper use of our cleaning supplies, materials and equipment.
